We would kindly like to ask you to fill out the following registration form until 15 August 2023 in order to secure your accommodation during your visit to Istanbul. After completing this form:

• A secure payment link created directly by your preferred hotel will be sent within 24 hours to the email address you have provided in this form.
• The link will be active for a limited amount of time, depending on the hotel.
• Once payment has been secured, you will be issued a confirmation by the hotel.
• If the selected Hotel has been fully booked, you will be asked to select another hotel.
• If all the hotel options are somehow fully booked, a new accommodation proposal will be provided.

This operation is going to be handled by our local solution partner in Turkey, Destination, and all correspondence will be carried out by them.
